Job summary

Borneo Indah Sdn Bhd is seeking an administrator to support the sales team with quotes, proposals, sales orders and tender documentation. The role also manages end-to-end order processing, coordinates with suppliers and internal departments, and maintains customer data with a robust filing system.

Additionally, you will act as a customer service representative handling inquiries and complaints, sharing reception duties, and supporting management with other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support to a sales team is required.
• Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, sales orders and tender documents.
• Ability to manage end-to-end customer orders and coordinate with suppliers, forwarders and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and ensure accurate system entry.
• Maintain an updated customer database and filing system.
• Act as a customer service agent handling inquiries and complaints.
• Share reception duties and screen visitors and suppliers.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.
