Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 2+ years in sales coordination or customer service, with ERP experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Customer Service (minimum 2 years).
• Experience in FMCG, wine, spirits, or alcohol industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or similar) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, pricing updates, and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability, shortages, and back orders to the Sales team and customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, trade events, and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant alcohol industry regulations.
