Job summary

Chop Tong Guan Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a frontline Sales Administrator to support the sales team with day-to-day activities, process orders, and manage documents. You will track inventory, assist customers, and coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires strong communication, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

A people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.
Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery in the system.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints or issues.
Liaise between the sales team and other departments (e.g., warehouse, operation, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
Attend to walk-in customers and process POS payments.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required by immediate superior.
