Job summary

Forest Cloud in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administrator to support quotations, invoices, and sales records. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation.

You will update customer and product data in internal systems, generate sales reports, and assist campaigns, events, and partner projects. On-site role in Petaling Jaya requires strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills, with FMCG

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with partners and clients.
Candidates should possess Order Processing and Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, data entry, and day-to-day sales support tasks accurately and efficiently.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to assist the sales team with quotations, basic account management, and coordination of campaigns and promotions.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
