Job summary

Piau Kee Live & Frozen Seafoods Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales admin to ensure accurate entry of customer orders, track deliveries and stock, and respond to inquiries by phone or email. You will support sales staff via WhatsApp, email, fax, and calls, and provide timely information on orders and availability.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in sales order processing, strong communication, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or diploma in any related field.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in using ERP System for ordering process is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in sales order processing and coordination.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
Track delivery status, stock availability, and special customer instructions.
Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone about orders, products and delivery status.
Assist sales personnel in handling inquiries, complaints and orders via WhatsApp, email, fax and phone.
Inform customers and sales personnel about orders, product/stock availability and delivery status.
Perform ad-hoc sales admin tasks as assigned.
