Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales operations, program, project or functional management position.
• High analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Cisco Sales Operations basics: Tools/Systems and Process.
• Ability to interact with multiple cross functional teams; Works effectively with regional and global teams.
• Excellent program & project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end New Year Readiness process across accounts transfer, target distribution, SHARE hierarchy, goaling & compensation.
• Managing business governance & cadence incl. QBR, QBO and other business metrics.
• Providing change management support for any new operational / GTM processes and systems.
• Identifying 'sales operations improvement initiatives' and building actionable plans that can get executed.
