Job summary

IOG SALES & MARKETING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager in Mentakab, Malaysia. The role combines strategic sales development with team leadership to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across LPG, cooking oil, sugar, and flour markets.

You will lead the Sales & Operations team, build strong customer relationships, and oversee daily activities to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Logistics, Oil & Gas or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base in industrial/commercial LPG, cooking oil, sugar, and flour markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform business decisions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
• Oversee daily sales and operations to ensure smooth, efficient activities.
• Lead and motivate the Sales & Operations team to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Provide coaching to improve productivity and handle customer inquiries promptly.
