Job summary

MOG GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Lead to oversee daily performance, drive KPIs, and ensure SOP compliance across assigned outlets in Malaysia. You will coach Branch Managers, support store teams, and execute company campaigns to deliver a superior customer experience.

Travel frequently for store visits and audits, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-store retail operations or field management.
• Experience in performance coaching and hands-on store management preferred.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and KPI achievement across outlets.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and key KPIs.
• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs and audit standards.
• Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to build a high-performance culture.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding.
