Job summary

IMAGE FURNITECH SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee local and export sales activities, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and drive operational efficiency.

You will lead the sales operations team and coordinate with internal departments. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Sales, has at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (office furniture preferred), and is proficient in Excel and SQL.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably office furniture.
• Good knowledge of local and export sales operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily local and export sales operations.
• Monitor orders, sales performance and status.
• Coordinate quotations, orders and delivery with customers.
• Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance.
• Monitor production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Review quotations, pricing and profitability.
• Prepare sales reports for management.
• Lead and supervise the sales operations team.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
