Role Description

The Sales Operation Executive (Export) is a full-time, on-site role in Tebrau Johor Bahru, responsible for supporting and coordinating export sales activities. This role includes managing order processing, preparing export documentation, and tracking shipment status to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The executive collaborates with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to align inventory, pricing, and delivery schedules with customer requirements. Daily tasks involve maintaining customer records, responding to distributor and retailer inquiries, and preparing sales reports and forecasts for management. The role also supports export market development by assisting in promotional activities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with international trade and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales coordination, order processing, and export documentation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems for data entry, reporting, and sales analysis.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with strong customer service orientation.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of international trade practices, incoterms, and basic logistics and shipping procedures.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or export sales operations will be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
