Job summary

IMAGE FURNITECH SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support to assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and customer service for local and export markets.

The role collaborates with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related fields and at least 1 year of sales administration experience. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Admin, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration or support.
• Experience in office furniture manufacturing or export is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Assist the sales team in preparing tender documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support local & export sales activities, including shipping documentation and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Follow up on payment collections and customer account matters when required.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties assigned by management.
