Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration professional to drive regional order-to-delivery workflow, manage client accounts, and ensure timely, accurate processing across our non-ferrous metals business. This position plays a key operational role in driving our regional sales execution and supply chain efficiency. You will oversee the complete order-to-delivery workflow, managing client accounts, customs compliance, and inventory tracking to ensure seamless business operations.
Manage end-to-end sales orders, from preparing quotations and processing customer purchase orders to issuing final invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to arrange local deliveries and monitor material lead times.
Handle import and export shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
Track inventory levels, consignment stock, and buffer stocks to optimize stock movement and minimize slow-moving items.
Monitor metal market price movements and handle compliance requirements, such as pre-shipment inspections and product certifications.
Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on client payment schedules to maintain healthy cash flow.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in sales administration, order processing, or logistics execution.
Direct working knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and inventory management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP management systems.
