Job summary

NG LOON EM & SONS POULTRY FARM (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Operations Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) in Negeri Sembilan to manage daily orders and customer communications. You will work closely with the team to process orders, generate invoices, and ensure timely delivery, while learning the business processes involved.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Training will be provided, and basic English/Bahasa Malaysia communication is required.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
• Basic communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to learn and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp and other channels to follow up and receive daily orders.

• Check quantity of goods for delivery based on orders.
• Handle daily enquiries and resolve order issues.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accurate, smooth processing.
• Assist with other daily sales and operations tasks as required.

We are a commercial layer farm based in Negeri Sembilan, specializing in the production, sales, and distribution of fresh eggs.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team.

If you are responsible, attentive to details, willing to learn, and have good basic communication skills, we welcome you to join our team and be part of our daily sales and operations activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to follow up and receive daily orders.

• Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and handle related documents.

• Check and coordinate the quantity of goods to be prepared for delivery based on customer orders.

• Handle customers’ daily enquiries and assist in resolving order-related issues.

• Coordinate with the team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and smoothly.

• Assist with other daily sales and operational tasks when required.

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

• Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, patient, and able to maintain a positive working attitude.

• Able to work well as part of a team.

• Willing to learn new work processes and procedures.

• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Sunday : 8AM - 1PM
