MX Fruit & Vegetable (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our sales team on a full-time basis.

You will coordinate between sales, customers and logistics to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in sales coordination or similar admin roles, and strong English/ Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, sales or administration are advantageous
• Experience in sales coordination or similar administrative role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in Malay is highly valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Customer service orientation with a professional and courteous approach to all interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with sales management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records of all transactions and customer communications
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce to customers
• Liaising with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules and address any enquiries or concerns
• Preparing invoices, quotations and sales documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Monitoring inventory levels and providing sales data to support stock management and forecasting
• Responding to customer requests and complaints promptly, escalating issues as necessary
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry
• Maintaining organised filing systems and databases for all sales-related documentation
• Communicating with suppliers to coordinate product availability and delivery schedules

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales team, customers and logistics partners. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence whilst driving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
