Job summary

This role involves tracking KPIs, supporting promotional and sales campaigns, and ensuring targets are met. You will prepare documentation, ensure policy compliance, and work with stakeholders to align plans with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas.
• Ability to explain complex findings clearly to non-technical leaders.
• Ability to identify business questions and design analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop/implement SOPs to optimize operations.
• Oversee allocation of resources, including personnel and budget.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Track and analyze KPIs to assess progress and identify improvements.
• Coordinate execution of promotional activities and marketing campaigns with reports.
• Support sales plans to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide optimization insights.
• Prepare documentation, contracts, and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
