Job summary

SalesWorks Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Business Operations Executive to support end-to-end processes, system enhancements, and operational improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Process Management, or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or related functions.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with process visualization or collaboration tools such as Miro or Visio.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to translate business needs into structured processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute end-to-end test campaign setup, including database setup to ensure readiness before launch.
• Perform process mapping to document campaign setup flow, identify gaps or redundancies, and propose improvements for smoother execution.
• Prepare detailed Change Requests (CR) and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and business requirements.
• Identify and highlight the operational impact of new processes or system changes, support transition and adaptation activities.
• Assist in workflow optimization initiatives to drive operational efficiency, consistency, and quality improvement across departments.
• Ensure all processes adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements, identifying any areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate process flows, workflow documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational policies for reference and audit purposes.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Product, and Local Market Operations teams, to ensure seamless implementation of operational processes and system enhancements.
