Job summary

Tekmark Group is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support end-to-end sales processes in Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. You will handle quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing while updating orders and inventory for the Sales Director and team.

The role requires proficiency in SAP/CRM, strong Excel skills, and bilingual communication (English and Mandarin). You will collaborate with customers, dealers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations in SAP, update the CRM sales pipeline, and support customer, dealer, and reseller enquiries.
• Process sales orders from order confirmation to invoicing, including pricing, discounts, gross profit, and margins.
• Monitor open purchase orders and sales orders to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
• Track stock availability, incoming shipments, and delivery schedules, and provide regular updates to the Sales Director and sales team.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, and logistics providers to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate sales documents and prepare sales and operational reports.
• Support customer registration, stock-taking, and process improvement when required.

We are the regional authorised distributor of PUDU Robotics across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will support the full sales process-from quotation and order processing to delivery and invoicing. You will work closely with the Sales Director and provide accurate updates on orders, inventory, and delivery status.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, business administration, order processing, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SAP or CRM experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaker clients.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and documents.
• Proactive, positive, and willing to take ownership.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and follow through until completion.
• Willing to work in Sri Petaling.
