Job summary

TEKMARK SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur invites a results-driven Sales Operations Executive to join our regional team supporting Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

You will prepare SAP quotations, update CRM, process orders, manage stock and logistics, and prepare reports. Fresh graduates welcome; strong Excel, communication in English and Mandarin preferred; SAP/CRM experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance.
• Experience in sales operations, order processing, or logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SAP quotations, update the CRM, arrange sales meetings, and support customer, dealer, and reseller enquiries.
• Process sales orders from order acknowledgement to invoice sign-off, including pricing, discounts, gross profit, and margins.
• Track forecasts and expedite open purchase and sales orders to support timely delivery and invoicing.
• Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders with vendors on time.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Arrange local and overseas deliveries and coordinate import/export shipments with customers, forwarders, and customs agents.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and AWB/BL.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports on time.

Job description

We are the regional authorised distributor of PUDU Robotics. This role provides end-to-end exposure to regional sales operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

What You'll Do

Prepare SAP quotations, update the CRM, arrange sales meetings, and support customer, dealer, and reseller enquiries.

Process sales orders from order acknowledgement to invoice sign-off, including pricing, discounts, gross profit, and margins.

Track forecasts and expedite open purchase and sales orders to support timely delivery and invoicing.

Manage customer registration and documentation, and recommend improvements to the overall business process.

Inventory and Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders with vendors on time.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and maintain accurate inventory records.

Track loan and rental units and support stock-taking and audit activities.

Logistics Coordination

Arrange local and overseas deliveries and coordinate import/export shipments with customers, forwarders, and customs agents.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and AWB/BL.

Resolve shipment issues, provide timely updates, maintain SAP records, and follow company and import/export requirements.

Administration and Reporting

Prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports on time.

Assist with claims, reimbursements, petty cash, purchase requisitions, finance documents, and filing.

Maintain confidentiality and support other Sales Operations duties when required.

What We're Looking For

Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in sales operations, business administration, order processing, or logistics is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Sales Operations are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

SAP or CRM experience is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Mandarin.

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and documents.

Proactive, positive, and willing to take ownership.

Able to coordinate multiple tasks and follow through until completion.
