Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd invites applications for an on-site Security Supervisor role in Kuala Lumpur. The position plans and manages deployment of security personnel to client sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements, while supervising daily operations and addressing personnel issues.

You will also maintain records, manage incidents, and build strong client relations. Qualifications include at least SPM/diploma/degree with reading and writing ability in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English required.
• On-site operational duties and Security-related tasks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and SOP
• Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with DAHR procedures
• Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters
• Ensure all log books, reports, and site records are properly maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines
• Oversee incident management by ensuring prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, ensuring all documentation meets required standards
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and timely updates on operations and incidents
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency
• Train, guide, and support security personnel to ensure effective performance and adherence to company standards

Job description

Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers (SG/SO) to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required. Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters. Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements

Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with Daily Attendance Hourly Reporting (DAHR) procedures

Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters

Ensure all log books, reports, and site records are properly maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines

Oversee incident management by ensuring prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures

Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, ensuring all documentation meets required standards

Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and timely updates on operations and incidents

Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency

Train, guide, and support security personnel to ensure effective performance and adherence to company standards

About you

Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field

Experience in Security, Manufacturing, or Construction industries preferred

Prior experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, or Patrolling Officer

Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Willing to work on-site and handle operational duties

Possess valid motorcycle and car driving licenses

Must own a motorcycle for work purposes
