Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field, 1–3 years in property sales or marketing, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's property development projects.

• Follow up with prospective buyers, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales closing process.
• Conduct market studies and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, campaign strategies, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and relevant parties on sales-related matters.
• Prepare sales reports, customer records, quotations, and other necessary documentation.
• Assist in organising property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Coordinate marketing materials, online listings, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.

About you

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in property and real estate sales, marketing, or a related industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Coordinator position.
• Capable of conducting market studies and planning marketing activities and campaigns.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to work and be on duty on Weekends and Public Holidays as required by sales events and roadshows.
