Job summary

Pakai Industries Berhad is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the building materials sector. You will connect our sanitary ware, tap fittings, and building materials with developers, architects, contractors, and retailers, and you will enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals.

You will drive sales activities, manage the full sales cycle, coordinate deliveries, and monitor market trends to support our growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Sales, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing/business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently with strong responsibility.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken). Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Experience or network in construction industry (developers, contractors, architects) is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities to achieve growth and monthly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and retailers via engagement and site visits.
• Conduct product presentations and project briefings with professionalism.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, to closing deals.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.
• Achieve monthly sales collection targets.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
