Job summary

Double Three Concept Sdn Bhd, trading as Olla Restaurant, seeks a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive for our Bukit Indah location. This full-time role drives campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition to grow our dining brand in Johor.

You will lead digital and traditional marketing, coordinate events, analyze performance, and align initiatives with business goals. Fluency in English and Malay is required, with a dynamic hospitality environment offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimise the restaurant's social media presence, including content creation, community management, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and special offers to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Build relationships with local influencers, media contacts, and community organisations to enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in pricing strategies and promotional offers to optimise revenue while maintaining brand value.
• Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programmes to encourage repeat business.
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for campaigns.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bukit Indah location. This is a strategic position that plays a crucial role in driving our restaurant's growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, and driving sales initiatives that directly contribute to our business objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of Olla Restaurant whilst working within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media contacts, and community organisations to enhance brand visibility

Assist in the development of pricing strategies and promotional offers that optimise revenue whilst maintaining brand value

Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programmes to encourage repeat business

Manage marketing budgets effectively and track return on investment for all campaigns and initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail sector

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing innovative marketing solutions

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics to inform decision-making

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Fluency in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

Familiarity with local market dynamics in Johor and understanding of the dining and hospitality industry

A passion for the food and beverage industry and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
