Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related role in F&B or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM concepts; able to use marketing tools.

About the role

Double Three Concept Sdn Bhd, trading as Olla Restaurant, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time position based in Bukit Indah, Johor, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our restaurant brand. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales initiatives, executing marketing campaigns, and building relationships with our customers and partners. You will work closely with the management team to enhance our market presence and support the overall business objectives of Olla Restaurant.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote Olla Restaurant's offerings and drive customer engagement

Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and facilitating bookings for events and private functions

Create and manage social media content, including posts, images, and videos that showcase our menu, ambiance, and special promotions

Coordinate promotional activities, special events, and seasonal marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including menus, promotional flyers, and advertising collateral

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to support targeted marketing efforts and customer relationship management

Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and external vendors to support marketing and promotional activities

Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

Support administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role within the Food & Beverage industry or hospitality sector

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative marketing ideas

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality and dining experience

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independent thinking

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage
