Job summary

Double Three Concept Sdn Bhd, operating as Olla Restaurant, is seeking an Account & HR Executive to join our team full-time at Bukit Indah, Johor. This role bridges financial management and human resources, handling accounting tasks, payroll, recruitment support, and employee relations with a high level of discretion.

The successful candidate will manage AP/AR, payroll, HR records, and liaise with auditors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping with knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• HR administration experience including payroll, employee records management, and recruitment support.
• Understanding of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in financial and administrative work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff at all levels.
• Confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and personnel information.
• Experience with ERP systems advantageous.
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and accounting records.
• Support payroll administration, including calculating salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Support the management of employee benefits, leave applications, and attendance records.
• Prepare HR-related reports and maintain compliance with employment legislation.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance and reconciliation of accounts.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
• Support management with administrative tasks related to both accounting and HR functions.

About the role

We are seeking an Account & HR Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bukit Indah, Johor location.
