Job summary

Double Three Concept Sdn Bhd (Olla Restaurant) is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Assistant for our Bukit Indah, Johor-based F&B team. You will drive campaigns, manage customer relationships, and support events to grow the restaurant brand.

The role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, content creation, and collaboration with management to enhance market presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related role in F&B or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM concepts; able to use marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support sales in identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and event bookings.
• Create and manage social media content showcasing menu, ambience, and promotions.
• Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to attract customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities.
• Prepare marketing materials including menus and flyers; maintain CRM data.
• Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and external vendors for campaigns.
• Track marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Assist with administrative tasks for sales and marketing operations.
