About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Clerk / Kerani to join the accounting and administration team at Olla Restaurant, part of Double Three Concept Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Bukit Indah, Johor. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations across our restaurant business. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of our accounting department.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintaining and updating accounting records and filing systems in an organised manner
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Preparing and compiling financial documentation and reportsData entry and maintaining accurate records in accounting software and spreadsheets
• Responding to administrative enquiries and providing support to team members
• Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and document organisation
• Assisting with reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
• Managing and prioritising administrative tasks to meet deadlines
• Supporting the restaurant operations with administrative coordination as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Admin Clerk, Accounts Clerk, or similar clerical role, preferably within the accounting or hospitality sector
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and record financial data
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices relevant to accounts officers and clerks
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining professional standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or business administration (SPM or equivalent, with accounting-related certification preferred)
• Experience in restaurant or food service accounting would be advantageous
