Job summary

JWC ACADEMY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our coffee, bartending, and baking courses and help students enroll.

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media; recommend courses and guide applicants through registration and payment; and follow up with leads to meet monthly targets.

The role also involves creating social media content, coordinating with instructors, and nurturing relationships with students and external events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work with social media and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Handle course inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins.
• Recommend suitable courses based on students' needs and assist them through the registration and payment process.
• Follow up with potential leads to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain student relationships, collect feedback, and gather student referrals/testimonials.
• Assist with social media content creation, online promotion, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with instructors and the internal team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing messages.
