Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our food and beverage sales team in driving revenue growth. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can inspire teams, build strong customer relationships, and execute strategic sales initiatives across the Malaysian market.

Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees and teas

Operating coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders and brewers

Building relationships with customers and promoting and recommending menu options to customers

Working the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete transactions

Job Description

• Lead daily 3 café operations, assign stations, and run team briefings.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets whilst ensuring exceptional customer service standards
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and strengthen brand positioning within the food and beverage sector
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement

Job Requirements

• Deep knowledge of espresso equipment operation, grinding, and brewing science and prefer female.
• Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field with at least 3 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry
• Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
