Job summary

Just Want Coffee (JWC) is seeking an accounting assistant based in Johor Bahru. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks and supporting financial reporting within a growing specialty coffee chain.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided; year-end bonuses and salary increases are offered, along with medical insurance and stable career growth prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification STPM or accounting related certificate.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Issue orders and invoices.
• Handle accounting (training provided).
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with tax agents.
• Assist with inventory taking and other tasks.
• Maintain records of payables/receivables, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
