Good Times DIY baking studio in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service & Admin Executive (Junior/Senior) to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for customers across outlets.

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email and social media, manage bookings and calendars, prepare quotations, design posters in Canva, and support administrative tasks as the company grows. This role offers career progression to studio management and a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Possess diploma or degree.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Proven experience in Customer Service; Retail Management System is a plus.
• Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize within a busy workload.
• Initiative to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, email, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Summarize customer bookings and communicate relevant information to each outlet.
• Manage Google Calendar for daily appointment bookings across all outlets.
• Communicate with customers to plan event details.
• Engage with walk-in customers, promoting company products and services.
• Generate quotations or tax invoices for customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain simple bookkeeping by recording expenses and organizing receipts.
• Design eye-catching posters and birthday invitation cards using Canva.
• Arrange for regulatory requirements and services for outlets (business licenses, pest control, etc.).
• Assist in launching and managing the new membership mobile application and enhanced systems.
