Job summary

Chance Air-Cond Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Admin Executive to manage on-site duties in Puchong, Selangor. The role centers on updating website content and SEO, coordinating the installation squad, handling quotations and invoices, and maintaining sales data in Chance OS.

Fresh graduates with a portfolio are welcome. The position requires a diploma/degree in a related field, strong MS Office skills, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• 0–3 years' experience in web content, digital marketing, web design, or customer-facing operations
• Fresh graduates with a real portfolio or live website are welcome
• Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support sales and marketing workflows and documentation.
• Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills, including organizing records, preparing basic reports, and managing office-related tasks.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in sales or marketing support within a service or technical environment, with basic familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Candidates should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems and software.
• Candidates should have strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and prior experience in HVAC, construction, or contractor industries, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets in Figma/Canva, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Chance Air-Cond Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is a commercial HVAC company based in Puchong, Selangor, serving clients across the Klang Valley with installation, maintenance, and repair services. Since 2018, the company’s 25-person team has supported projects ranging from single sites to more than 100 branches of a major Malaysian bank, and is a registered Daikin dealer and Daikin Million Ringgit Sales Award recipient. The business is organised into small squads with transparent monthly P&L and profit sharing, inspired by Kazuo Inamori’s amoeba management, which supports accountability and long-term retention. Chance Air-Cond also develops Chance OS, an in-house operating system that streamlines job scheduling, documentation, and profit distribution across squads. Having proven this model internally, the company is now building the software layer for the wider contractor industry and expanding its founding team. Our two commercial websites (chance.com.my and ledtruck.my) are built on Next.js, not WordPress. This role owns their content, SEO and design in stages, trained directly by the founder.

Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Admin Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Puchong, Selangor.

Website content & SEO (primary — about 75% of your week)

• Keep both websites current: service pages, project showcases, articles, images and forms
• Submit content changes to the website code repository via pull request (we'll teach you Git; you bring carefulness)
• Basic SEO and keyword work; monitor Google Search Console and GA4 and propose content from what the data shows
• Design marketing assets — posters, social posts, brochures — in Figma/Canva, in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Plan and publish social content; maintain brand consistency across channels
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for drafting, with human checking before anything publishes

Squad coordination (about 25% — 1 to 2 hours a day)

• Prepare quotations and invoices from templates for our installation squad
• Keep sales records and Chance OS job data accurate and up to date
• First response to online project enquiries: reply fast, log the details, route to the right person
