Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to drive the sales and implementation of our HVAC engineering solutions for a diverse range of clients across industries.

You will engage with clients to understand project requirements, prepare technical proposals and project plans, collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery, and provide pre- and post-sales support including training and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, design and project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

About the role

Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly passionate, self-motivated and detailed oriented team player to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Project Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and implementation of our advanced HVAC engineering solutions to a diverse range of clients across various industries.

What you’ll be doing

• Engaging with clients to understand their specific project requirements, equipment selection and design tailored HVAC solutions to meet their needs
• Preparing detailed technical proposals, quotations, and project plans, bids or tenders to secure new business
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery and installation of projects
• Providing pre & post-sales support, including product training, troubleshooting and maintenance, to ensure client satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to our clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base through effective networking and relationship building to gain their trust and confidence to use ACSON’s products

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of engineering principles, design, and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in securing new business and managing client relationships
• Proficiency in HVAC selection tools & AutoCAD software will be an added advantage
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation
