Job summary

ADI Resourcing is seeking a Sales Manager for the Valve Supplier Industry to proactively develop new business opportunities in the Malaysian market, identify potential clients, and drive revenue growth. You will lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, presentation, and closure, while building and maintaining close relationships with both potential and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least two (2) years' experience in Valves, Pumps and Instrumentation industries.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and close deals.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
