Job summary

Exal Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuching is seeking a driven Sales Lead to guide a high-performing team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and active coaching.

You will develop sales strategies, mentor team members, and build strong relationships with clients while aligning with Marketing on launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in property development, real estate or high-value consultative sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Experience leading a sales team or senior sales professional ready to step into management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to coach others while remaining hands-on in sales.
• Proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities
