Job summary

Bellworth Developments Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager, Marketing and Sales (Property Development) in Malaysia. The role involves shaping product development, pricing strategies, and pre-launch marketing activities for premium properties.

You will supervise market research, branding, and advertising campaigns, collaborating with consultants, bankers, and lawyers. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in high-end developments, excellent leadership, and extensive property sales

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in property industry with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience in sales of residential and rental of commercial properties.
• Excellent leadership and PR/communication skills.
• Proven track record in high-end property developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategy and activities prior to launches.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns with agencies and promotions.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Liaise with bankers and lawyers on financing, SPA, DMC and related docs.
• Prepare budgets and branding roll-out plans, including newsletters.
• Lead corporate branding and PR initiatives.

Job description

Manager, Marketing and Sales (Property Development)

Participate in new product development; e.g. liaise with consultants and architects on the designs of the future products to be launched.

Conduct comprehensive competitors study for all projects before official launch and give briefing and presentation on the finding to the management.

Conduct market research and compiling database on property sector, demographic, economic & other related property news.

Conduct feasibility studies and competitor’s analysis prior to sales launch

Formulation and conducting pricing strategies.

Planning & implementation of marketing strategy, program and activities prior to official launch.

Planning and execution of advertising & promotional campaign with Advertising Agency.

Liaise with panel bankers on the end-financing packages.

Liaise with panel lawyers on the preparation of SPA, DMC and other related documentation.

In-depth knowledge in dealing with Ministry of Housing and the application of Developer License and Advertising Permit.

Spearhead all the corporate branding exercise with PR company.

Proposed budget for branding exercise and roll up programme with PR Company for the whole year plan.

Spearhead the newsletter development and to distribute to all purchasers.

Plan on the marketing budgets and propose to management.

Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.

At least 10year(s) of working experience in property industry with minimum 3 years managerial experience is required for this position.

Hands on experience in sales of residential & rental of commercial properties

Good PR and communication skill.

Proven track record in property industry especially high-end developments.

Possess excellent leadership quality.
