Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a result-driven sales-oriented individual to promote Personal Loans to new and existing customers in Malaysia. You will cross-sell credit life insurance and credit cards while planning and supporting sales activities.

The role requires maintaining customer service excellence, collecting income documents, and escalating unresolved complaints promptly. A strong customer care culture and Bahasa Malaysia knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience with strong customer care culture.
• Minimum SPM with 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Promoting Personal Loan product to New To Bank and Existing To Bank customers.
• Actively cross sell on credit life insurance & credit card
• Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements
• Participate, plan and support sales activities
• Ensure all relevant income documents are obtained from customer to adequately support the application
• Practice best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure all customers enquiry and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently
• Unresolved complaints are escalated to superior promptly
• Ensure no misrepresentation of product feature, pricing, promotions and processes

• Ensure all relevant income documents is obtained from customer to adequately support the application
• Practice best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure all customers enquiry and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently
• Unresolved complaints are to be escalated immediately to his/her superior
• Ensure no misrepresentation of product feature, pricing, promotions and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in sales and customer service environment with strong customer care culture
• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably 1 year of banking experience.
