Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur invites a Sales Executive/Assistant Manager to promote Personal Loan products to new and existing customers. You will cross-sell credit life insurance and credit cards while planning and supporting sales activities.

The role requires strong sales and customer service focus, with banking experience preferred. You will ensure proper documentation and deliver top-notch service, escalating complaints when needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales and customer service environment with strong customer care culture.
• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably 1 year of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Personal Loan products to New To Bank and Existing To Bank customers.
• Actively cross-sell credit life insurance and credit cards.
• Identify new sales strategies and approaches to increase individual and team achievements.
• Plan and support sales activities.
• Ensure all income documents are obtained to support applications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly handle inquiries and complaints.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to his/her superior.
• Prevent misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
