Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Branch Manager to lead the local team and drive outstanding used-car buying experiences. You will oversee CARSOME Consultants, branch support admin, and operations while motivating the team to achieve strong sales results.

You will report to the Dealer Principal and be responsible for optimizing sales performance, providing development plans, and ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience with direct reports.
• Background in sales and customer service; automotive experience a plus.
• Ability to establish action plans and lead a team to implement them.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Open-minded, able to motivate and get buy-in from others.
• Flexible to cover store opening hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Salary package includes attractive incentive commission.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Dealer Principal.
• Optimize team sales performance and oversee day-to-day operations.
