Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a dynamic leader to drive ASB sales performance and portfolio growth in Kuching. You will mentor an ASM/SC ASB team, drive campaigns, and cross-sell products such as Credit Cards within the RHB Group and with corporate partners.

You will also develop business strategies and coordinate product briefings and trainings for distribution channels to ensure successful promotions across ASB offerings. This role supports regional asset growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience driving ASB sales performance and achieving targets.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team across ASB products.
• Capability to identify and develop business strategies and partnerships within the group.
• Experience conducting product briefings, training, and engagement with sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ASB Sales Performance/Targets and grow the ASB portfolio, including cross-selling products like Credit Cards.
• Lead and coach a team of ASM/SC ASB (6 headcount) for sales activities and campaigns.
• Identify and develop business strategies and tie-ups with RHB Group and corporations/statutory bodies for ASB and credit card promotions.
• Support the region by conducting product briefings, training, and engagement with distribution channels.

1. 1. Responsible for the ASB Team's ASB Sales Performance/Target, growing the ASB Portfolio and cross sell other products e.g. Credit Card
2. 2. Lead and coach a team of ASM/SC ASB (6 HC) for sales activities and campaigns
3. 3. Identify and develop business strategies and tie-up/collaboration within RHB Group and established corporations/statutory bodies for ASB and credit cards promotion activities
4. 4. To support the Region's RSH Assets by conducting product briefing, training and engagement with ASM/SC ASB. PFCs, BMs and other sales personnel at distribution channels.
