Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Strategy & Planning professional to develop, implement and manage business plans to maximise sales and KPIs.

The role covers sales management, compliance, staff development, and creating marketing and sales campaigns. You will leverage community relationships to drive cross-selling of retail banking products, nurture local business networks, and contribute to a high-performance, customer-focused team at RHB.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs.
• Sales Management Jointly establish & ensure sales target are met by sales personnel Solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objective and sales target are met Motivate, guide and coach sales personnel Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaign Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts Cross selling of other retail banking products eg. ASB, PF, credit cards, and etc.
• Compliance Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank Oversight on code of ethics of ASM/SC - PF-i of sales process and activities
• Staff Management Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
