Job summary

Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to identify new prospects and grow sales across assigned regions. You will conduct market research, meet annual targets, and prepare weekly progress reports for management.

The role requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally, Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia language skills, and a Diploma. Comprehensive training will be provided. Office located in Banting, Selangor; own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales prospects and grow existing sales for regions assigned.
• Conduct extensive research for market information on territories assigned.
• Achieve annual sales targets given by management.
• Prepare & update weekly progress on new business development to superior/management.
• Assist management in monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reports.
• Draft action plans for non-performing or non-growth customers.

Job description

Identify new sales prospects and grow existing sales for respective regions assigned.

Conduct extensive research for market information on the territories assigned.

Achieve annual sales targets given by management.

Preparing & updating of new business development progress on weekly basis to immediate superior and /or Management.

Assist Management in preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports.

To identify and draft out proposed action plans for non-performing, lost customers and non-growth areas.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaking candidate is preferable to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

Strong sales acumen with a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, self-motivated and results-driven, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.

The role requires willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

Prior experience in the related field is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Office location: Banting, Selangor.
