Job description

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance brand visibility in the fire safety sector.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Mentor and guide the sales team, setting clear targets and performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, to promote our products and services.

Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for all initiatives.

Track and analyse sales metrics, prepare regular reports on performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.

Design and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.

Set sales targets and monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve objectives.

Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.

Oversee the bidding process, ensuring proposals are competitive and tailored to client needs.

Create and deliver engaging presentations to customers, showcasing products and solutions effectively.

Deliver detailed reports on sales and marketing progress and results to top management.

Perform any other additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business requirements.
