HUAT LAI RESOURCES BERHAD is seeking an organised logistics co-ordinator in Malaysia’s eggs division. You will coordinate customer orders, arrange transport and liaise with sales, production and warehouse to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency with Excel/Word, and the ability to handle multiple orders and delivery schedules in a time-sensitive environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders: Receive, record and confirm orders including egg grades, quantities, delivery locations and dates.
• Arrange transport: Schedule trucks and coordinate with transporters/drivers on loading, collection and delivery.
• Coordinate order fulfilment: Liaise with sales, production and warehouse to confirm stock and dispatch readiness.
• Plan efficient deliveries: Consolidate orders and coordinate delivery schedules to maximise truck utilisation and manage transport costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation: Prepare/verify order confirmations and delivery records; coordinate invoicing with Accounts.
• Monitor delivery progress: Inform customers and follow up on delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Support customer service: Handle order enquiries and delivery changes professionally.
• Keep records organised: Update order status and transport charges; maintain signed delivery acknowledgements.
• Assist the Manager: Support daily operations and prepare reports.

Are you organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating with people? Join our Eggs Division and play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed, transport is well arranged and deliveries arrive on time.

You will work closely with the Manager, customers, internal teams and transport partners to keep daily sales and delivery operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage customer orders: Receive, record and confirm orders, including egg grades, quantities, delivery locations and required delivery dates.

Arrange transport: Schedule suitable trucks and coordinate with transporters and drivers on loading, collection and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate order fulfilment: Liaise with sales, production and warehouse teams to confirm stock availability and ensure orders are ready for dispatch.

Plan efficient deliveries: Consolidate orders and coordinate delivery schedules to maximise truck utilisation and manage transport costs.

Maintain accurate documentation: Prepare and check order confirmations, delivery orders and related records, and coordinate with Accounts on invoicing.

Monitor delivery progress: Keep customers informed and follow up promptly on delays, shortages, breakages, returns or delivery discrepancies.

Support customer service: Attend to order enquiries, delivery changes and customer feedback professionally.

Keep records organised: Update order status, delivery records, transport charges and signed delivery acknowledgements.

Assist the Manager: Support daily operations, prepare reports and carry out administrative duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service or logistics coordination.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple orders and delivery schedules.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with order processing or inventory systems is an advantage.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.

A practical approach to solving problems and responding to changing delivery requirements.

A responsible team player who can also work independently and follow through on tasks.

Experience in poultry, food distribution or other time-sensitive delivery operations is an added advantage.
