Job summary

HUAT LAI RESOURCES BERHAD in Melaka is seeking a proactive Sales Coordination/Customer Service professional to manage egg orders, confirm grades, quantities, prices and delivery requirements, and liaise with sales, production, warehouse and transport teams.

You will monitor orders, update customers on status, handle enquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records while supporting onboarding and account coordination. Familiarity with Excel/Word and order management systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the food, agriculture or FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with order management systems is an advantage.
• Accurate, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Diploma or degree in a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, confirming egg grades, quantities, prices and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate stock allocation, order preparation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor orders and update customers on delivery status or changes.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns and order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate sales orders, invoices, delivery documents and customer records.
• Prepare sales reports and support customer onboarding and account coordination.
