Prestige Fortune Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales/Account Executive to manage and develop relationships with existing customers in the poultry industry while identifying new sales opportunities. The role involves handling enquiries, issuing quotations, and coordinating orders to ensure timely fulfilment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with 1–2 years of relevant poultry sales experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the poultry industry or sales operations is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel and outstation for more than one day when required.
• Possess own transport.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities in the poultry industry.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders, and coordinate order confirmations.
• Coordinate poultry sales orders with farm operations to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Liaise with farm managers, customers, transporters, and logistics teams to arrange delivery schedules and transportation.
• Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and outstanding issues to maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding customer balances, where necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Salary Range : RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (based on experience)
Location : Muar, Johor
Work Arrangement : 5-Day Work Week | Hybrid

About you

Remarks *

Must be able to travel outstation and meet with your superior to report on work progress; when not on outstation assignments, you will work from home.
