Job summary

QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee egg house production and lead a team of about 50 workers. The role focuses on efficiency, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.

You will coordinate egg grading, packing, loading, and production reporting, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with local authorities and audits, and work closely with the logistics team to maintain inventory accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in food technology/management and ability to manage 50 workers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate egg house employees, including delegation of work and performance reviews.
• Direct inspection and maintenance of egg house equipment to ensure cleanliness and productivity.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure inventory accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage production KPI such as egg wastage and ensure daily egg reports tally without variances.
• Ensure egg house compliance with local authorities and customer audit requirements.

Manage egg house activities such as grading, packing and loading of eggs based on customers’ requirements at the most effective and efficient manner.

Lead and motivate egg house's employee in carrying out their roles and responsibilities. This includes delegation of work, setting goals, conducting performance review and overseeing the training / development need of the staff at the optimum level.

Direct the inspection and maintenance of egg house equipment and machineries (Egg grader, Nabel machine etc) to ensure high standard of cleanliness and productivity run at the optimum level.

Work closely with Logistic department to ensure accuracy and update of inventory.

To take care the Production KPI (Egg wastage).

To verify the daily egg report is tally (No variances) and up to date.

To ensure the egg house comply to local authorities and customers audit requirements.

To develop and maintain egg house production report and monitoring system.

Take lead in continuous improvement project to improve egg house performance

Involve in liquid plant and egg sanitise line operation.

Handling liquid plant and wasaco line customer orders and ensure quality finish goods produced and delivered on time.

Manage liquid plant workers, workers job arrangement, ot, rest day & replacement to ensure adequate headcount to perform operation and also to comply with ot and rest day requirement

Involve in liquid plant & and egg sanitize line audit and plant trial + fulfilling new customer demand and requirement.

Support Operation Manager on plant maintenance and Feedmill operation.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports on time.

To perform any ad hoc task assigned from time to time.
