Job summary

Soon Chuan Hong Hardware Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented graduate to handle quotations, follow-up on sales orders, and coordinate logistics from purchasing to delivery. The role involves managing low-stock purchases, raising recurring issues, and supporting meeting coordination to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will speak English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently, with Mandarin and Hokkien as an added advantage, and familiarity with inventory management software.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in relevant subject.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin and Hokkien will be an added benefit.
• Familiar with Inventory Management Software will be an added advantage.
• Interest in water reticulation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Produce quotations and follow up sales orders to delivery orders.
• Make purchase orders for low stock items.
• Direct and coordinate warehouse and logistics from purchase of goods to delivery of products.
• Raise and make known recurring issues.
• Advise for meetings as necessary.
