Job summary

CLLSE Sdn Bhd, a leading supplier of engineering equipment, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Singapore office. You will handle quotations, orders, invoicing, and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role requires multilingual communication, proficiency in MS Office, and SAP familiarity. Fresh graduates welcomed with training; 2 years experience preferred; Fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Sales administration: Create and manage quotations, sales orders, purchase requisitions, and traditional and electronic invoices.
• Pricing accuracy: Check and confirm selling prices and discount percentages.
• Logistics coordination: Coordinate customer deliveries and vessel arrangements at the port.
• Customer support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Document management: Maintain an organized e-filing system and support other tasks assigned by management.
