Job summary

Boeffi Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Miri, Sarawak. You will develop sales strategies, set targets, and manage key accounts to achieve revenue and profitability.

This hands-on leader will coach the team, collaborate with marketing and operations, and expand the customer base through new channels and partnerships. A degree in business or marketing and a track record of meeting targets are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with sales reporting tools, Excel, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and annual/quarterly/monthly plans.
• Lead and develop the sales team, set targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching.
• Expand opportunities through new customers, channels, and partnerships.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate deals, and close major opportunities.
• Monitor pipelines, forecasts, and pricing considerations; collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
