Job summary

BH PREMIUM AUTO (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and market growth, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and performance reviews. You will recruit, onboard and develop high‑performing consultants, and work with Marketing and After‑Sales to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and market growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend appropriate sales initiatives.
• Work closely with the Marketing and After-Sales teams to support business objectives.
• Oversee showroom operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and management presentations.
• Manage sales incentives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
